Shipping prices in majority cases are calculated automatically. However, please do not hesitate to contact us if You have possibility to deliver Your goods in a more economic way. In case if You suggest more economic shipping, we will refund difference in shipping price. Please keep in mind that we can not take responsibility of shipping terms and quality in those cases.
Payment possibilities depend on shipping address. PayPal is the most common option for the most regions, however You can choose from more available payment options.

For In stock items majority of shipments are dispatched within 1 working day. However, in some cases up to 3 working days are required to ship, especially when special package should be prepared for greater resistance against damage during shipping.
For non stock items additional term indicated in items description is required. For custom build items such as shaped carbon rods or items with custom airbrush art delivery term is indicated after final confirmation of drawing or draft.
Orders are dispatched with Lithuanian Post, or DPD services. Delivery terms depend on forwarding service.
Please Note, that Lipo batteries could be sent using ground services only, so delivery will take longer than in case of shipment by Airmail.

All parcels are send with tracking information. The note with tracking information is send to the customer within 1 day after dispatch. You can check delivery progress on site of a carrier:
Note: We always try to pack parcels with high protection against shipping damages. But it is impossible to protect 100%, so please check carefully package for signs of damage on delivery. If package has signs of damage, check containment carefully and apply with a claim to carrier. We can’t take responsibility of quality issues made by carrier.
Return of unused items in good condition
In this case we accept only returns of stock items. Custom made or airbrushed items are not subject of return if they are in good condition.
In case You need to cancel or modify Your order please contact us by email email@example.com and we will try to find optimal solution for Your case and provide You with address for return shipment.
For Stock Items we accept returns if information about return is received via e-mail within 14 days after order. We accept return only of unused unpacked items with sealed factory package. If item is repacked by us for more economical shipment, our package is considered as factory package. Please resend us return items as soon as possible. We keep right to reject return in case if item is send back later than within 7 days after it is delivered to Your address (we use tracking information and post stamps as delivery information source).
In case when item is returned in good condition, unused and in sealed factory package, we will refund price of item less shipping.
Return of items with quality issues
Item with quality issues is subject of return only if it was undamaged during shipping.
If You have received item with quality issues in package without signs of shipping damage, please contact us as soon as possible via email firstname.lastname@example.org
All items with quality issues could be returned according to warranty conditions released by producer of an item. Please note that in majority of a cases producers do not accept items for warranty service if they were disassembled or modified.
In case of warranty refund takes longer period of time because all returned items are checked by us or send to service center authorized by producer of an item. We always keep customer informed about case progress.
