This weekend (07 21-22d) in Alytus was held Lithuania F3A, F3K and F3J, championship. Weather was more than great, sun, allot time to fly and good friends, whats more need for good weekend? Anyway this was most important competition for any competition RC pilot in Lithuania, so competition was hard in most classes.

Competition started at 10:00 with F3A starts, there was two class this year, FAI P07 and Sport, we flew two rounds of each class. It become good tradition, that guest from Latvia visit our competition, Aigars made trip this year to. Unfortunately this competition had some crashes...Aigars lost his plane during first round, and Vitalijus New Aresti crash in to the trees because of interference...we were happy to know that plane can be repaired. 
Sport Sequence. Affter pattern F3J guys start flying, totaly they made 7 rounds on saturday and 2 more prelim. + 4 final rounds on sunday. Between pattern and F3J, we had allot of fun with F3K gliders, totaly we made 6 prelim. rounds and two final rounds on sunday. I must say interest in this very fun class is growing, many good pilots bought V.Gavrilko designed gliders Blaster2, and fact that 5 finalist flew them say all. F3K results (Prelim rounds): 1 Group:

In 3 and 4th rounds Vitalijus flew borowed plane, overal FAI results was: 1.Donatas Pauzuolis 1578 points. 2.Vitalijus Pilkionis 1325 points. 3.Arturas Narbutas 1013 points. In Sport class, first place took pilot from Kaunas Antanas Dzevaltauskas, second was for new promissing pilot Paulius Raupys, and third for Steponas Gervinas. F3A FAI class, first place, me and my buddy:) F3J results: Affter 4 hard Final round this year new champion was selected, and all 3 podium places was won by this year lithuania F3J team that will compete in Europe F3j championship in Slovakia this August.
