Few fresh videos and full competition results are added to article; Me and Gernot fooling around affter competition (Special thanks for Richard Boyd).
Gernot fooling around. Smallest and lightest (rtf weight 17g) plane in competition by Mr. Martin Hauk.
We just came back from Prague Indoor Fest 2008 F6B/F3P competition. It was first international World Air Games selection contest for big WAG event in 2009 in Turin, Italy. Main goal is achieved i get first points for WAG selection contest in 2009 in Italy, Turin (highest priority FAI event). Competition was really hi level, there was competitors from Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Hungary and naturally Lithuania;) One very nice fact that German team include one lady that flew in F3P-A and F6B class. Martin Muller wife Stephanie Schwann, show very nice flying, specialy in synchron flight with Martin. As far as i know she is only one girl that ever flew in Aeromusical durring all young F3P class history, unfortunatelly this time judges was very strict for Stephanie.
One of event sponsors Flight power. Me and Richard Boyd next to SULtimates and second place throphie in Aeromusicals. Videos; F6B. Second place; Donatas Pauzuolis
To download hi res/quality videos, right mouse click and "Save target as" on pilot name; F6B 1.Place; Gernot Bruckmann 2.Place; Donatas Pauzuolis 3.Place; Martin Muller Air race Do you see Gernot plane...? As organizers planned two strongest Europe indoor pilots Gernot Bruckmann and Martin Muler came to competition, so already this promise very interesting event. Unfortunately 2007 ETOC champion John Glezellis and Denis Horn could not make it because of studies. Martin Muller test flight with my SUltimate. Waiting line. Me and Ricardas find time to visit well known Prague old town.
Competition format
"Indoor fest 2008" include 4 classes; F6B Aeromusicals (WAG selection).
F3P Pattern divided in to A and B classes.
Pylon Race, (Race in circles) Air Race.(Race with obstacles and some basic aerobatic maneuvers, just like real red bull AirRace ).
I took part in all 4 classes. First day was very good, i ended up in 1 place in pattern, 2 in AM 2 in pylon race, and qualify for AirRace finals!!! Results was pretty close in all classes, so second day solve everything. I watch closely all top 4 F3P-a pilot flights last 3 round, and i notice some small mistakes in every pilot flight, mine was also not perfect. I did not saw 3 round results, but i ended in 4th place. Well competition is competition.

Place; Name; Country; World ranking points.
1 Gernot Bruckmann Austria 497,49 2 Donatas Pauzuolis Lithuania 248,79 3 Martin Müller Germany 165,83 4 Jan Spatny Czech Rep. 124,38 5 Marek Plichta Czech Rep. 99,50 6 David Kyjovsky Czech Rep. 82,92 7 Jan Blaha Czech Rep. 71,07 8 Gyula Inzsöl Hungary 62,19 9 Markus Zolitsch Germany 55,28 10 Stephanie Schwan Germany 49,76 11 Adam Vomberg Hungary 45,23 Aeromusical selection and judging was pretty interesting this time. Ussualy in F3P all pilots fly 3 rounds of AM and two best counts for finals, F6B selection work different. No points were carried to next round, and affter each round list of pilots was cut, till final two, so bassicly this mean, if you fail you almost have no chance to fly in finals. Only one exception here affter first round, 4 last pilots get chance to fly one more time and 2 of them can go back to competition. Mr.Guy Revel
This F6B selection, is organised to select best pilots for World Air Games 2009 in Italy. Mr. Guy Revel send me this pictures of nice airfield where Artistic Aerobatic will be held and awesome hall for F6B. Aeritalia airfield for Artistic Aerobatics and Hand launch glider competitions.
Palaruffini hall.
F3P-A pattern standings affter 2 rounds.
F3P-B and F6B (Aeromusical) results affter first round. Ricardas placed in very nice 6 place, he flew B1 sequence since he was practicing it for last few weeks. We find out about second B2 sequence to late, it had 10 percent higher K rating. Competition was great fun, first time i meet legendary pilot Martin Muller (basically he is Somenzini in F3P flying, he is author of first Ikarus shockflyers, that started such wonderful class as F3P) and young but already well known these days Prettner Mr.Gernot Bruckmann. I was kindly surprised both of them are super nice persons no matter what achievements and titles they have. After competition i had allot of fun flying in synchronous with Gernot!

Now i have some new ideas, and will be building new planes for next competitions in big places like Mons and Turin hall. Pictures Gernot Lypo packs. Ireland support team;) Thanks for Irish luck guys!
