Competition was held in small town Adamov (near Brno), it was one day competition. This time LT team was from 4 people: Ricardas Siumbrys, Ramunas Armonas, Vitalijus Pilkionis and Me. We came to Adamov on Friday evening and had few practice flights with few Czech pilots before Saturday competition. Practice flying started from 7h in morning, there was already many pilots. In total there was 4 class: F3P-A(Fai pattern sequence) ; F3P-B(Czech pattern sequence) ; F3P-AM (Aeromusical) and Pylon race (only two requirements for planes, rtf weight less than 110g and battery no more than 2cell lypo). In total each pilot had chance to fly 3 rounds in each class only pylon racers had 4 rounds and one final. I flew in F3P-A, F3P-AM and Race, Ricardas in F3P-B and race, Ramunas in F3P-B and Vitalijus in F3P-A. I must say race was great fun, me and Ricardas used small flying wings with symmetric airfoil, Czech pilots used few different type of planes, from small shock flyer to classic EPP racers.
For pattern we all used my designed biplanes, half Czech pilots prefer to use biples too, but strongest CZ pilots in this season start fly with monoplanes. With these days very light equipment planes can become really light 110-140g, and flying speed is not so big. Here few pictures of new this season F3P monoplanes:
In Aeromusical all pilots except me used monoplanes, Jan Spatny freestyle was quite impressive with one new special trick.
Total there was:
10 pilots in F3P-A. 17 pilots in F3P-B. 7 pilots in AM. 16 pilots in race. Pictures click: Here Videos click: Here
